Let's start things off with an announcement. In light of our podcast structure, we are happy to announce that you will be getting two of these a week for the foreseeable future. An appetiser on Mondays and the main course on Fridays. Why? So you can actually have time to nibble on the thoughts, to think about them thoroughly as you go about your week and hopefully come back for more on Fridays.

When is it comes to you, to the things concerning you, are you deliberate? Do you do things on purpose?
